amsterDAMN! - May 2004
...and there are cycles everywhere. big ones small ones, red ones, black ones, psychedelic ones, ones with trailers, and ones with buckets for the wee tots in front. there are ones with kiddie seats in front, and also in the back. some have baskets, some have racks, most are proper upright cruisers with big wheels and minimal gears, and fenders and happy dutchpeople pedalling along serene. they are everywhere, these bicycles. propped against buildings, stacked in bike racks, sort of locked up but not necessarily TO anything. they hang from bridges. they have parking garages for them. we are delighted.
and there are special paths for them everywhere.
and yes... we found them to be the optimal-mode-of-transport. they aided fabulously in allowing us to nap in every park in the city!

| New Hampshire Snowboard Trip - February 2004
little known facts from me:
1) never underestimate the importance of a proper showerhead.
2) always bring a sewing kit on snowboarding trip.
3) snowboard boots EAT leg hair!
4) live free or die
5) east coast snow is OK... but UTAH OH-FIVE Baby!
little known fact from the saginator:
senior rizzio is an obsessive planner. some would say a maniac. a plan-i-ac. there was frenzy for weeks before the trip. over gear. and garb. and maps. (oh my god the maps!) every night of the week before the trip was designated for packing... and yet nothing got packed until the night before. oh the irony. (irony is fodder for poking fun, however. so it all works out.)

waterlily Par-tee - December 2003
Alrighty, here are some pics from the Saginator's holiday bash! (which was a smashing success i might add... all puns fully intended!) This was a bash where couches were broken. keys were lost. knitting was doused with beer. guests got peed on by wriggling puppies sailing through the air. there were adult s'mores and chocolate espresso beans and all the guests in their winter wraps brought sweets and treats and rosy cheeks. it was a BLAST! if you were a poopy-head and didn't make it out?... well, it's the kiss-off! thas right... Eat-A-D$&%-Up!

Here are some pics of me and Freddy shooting our new Daisy POWERLINE® 93s. What do you think? Are we Hillbilly or Gangsta? And what is the best game to play with new BB-guns you ask? Why, First-one-to-cut-the-PBR-can-in-half-WINS! Of course!

Blurry party pics - March 2003
Having a digital cam with a fisheye can be fun at a party. These are pics at Chones/Gregs/Jays par-tay! It was also to celebrate Chone's group opening at a local gallery. Sorry for the blurriness... low-light situations often trick auto-focus... even Nikon. (but i think they look cool too!)

Fine Art Photography
This photography gallery consists of general Fine-Art photography that I've shot with either a 35mm or 2¼ cameras. Generally I've shot most of the 35mm with my old Nikon FE2, but some of the more recent 35mm pictures have been shot with my new Nikon N80 and Nikon AFS 17-35mm Super-Wide angle zoom lens. The 2¼ was shot with a Hasselblad from my days with Inductotherm. (circa 1995-1999) |

Kaines dirty-dancing ! UPDATED ! (05-30-02)
I don't know what to say about this gallery without getting an NC-17 rating? Well, he IS a dog? And it IS just a couch cushion?. . . So it's sort of enriching like the Discovery or "Squirrel" Channel? Right? (Well, I mean documenting him is enriching, not his actual actions.) :-)
In all honesty, Kaine is one of the coolest dogs out there. And he is just so darn-ugly-he's-cute! So how can I resist shooting tons of pics of him? He's the most photogenic cranky-old-man I've ever seen!. . . next to the Original cranky old man. (I'm speaking of Flobodobo of course!)
Special Note: There are 9 photos that were not taken by me. They were shot by the very talented Sebastian Nichols, and are noted as "seabass-pic" in the filenames.
{was 19 Photos, now it's 40 Photos - shot during or around 07-01 thru 05-02}

Italy 2001!
As much as I dislike websites that clog the internet with content like: www.pictures-of-my-cat.com, this proves that I too can be terribly self-indulgent! So this is a page that gives you access to photo galleries of my trip to Italy with my family in the summer of 2001. Now, you can laugh and say, "who cares about your summer vacation?" or you could browse through and see a bit of Rome, Florence, Sienna and the surrounding area that I caught with my camera. (I did my best to name all the photos accurately and somewhat informative.)

Linkies!
This is an area where you can check out some sites I like. They range from friends' personal and professional websites, plain old fun sites to help reduce your productivity, and design sites that are either good resources or just plain old inspirering for designers. Hope you enjoy.
